Ordered a personalized football shirt on wed, for a birthday on Tuesday it arrived today nothing on it. Called them to complain and was asked to take it 10 miles to their nearest store to return it for a refund. So angry and disappointed I cannot recommend them to deliver what you ordered, especially at this time of year with Christmas coming. Do yourself a favour and find a sports shop that will personalise in store. It defeats the purpose of online shopping I know but at least your guaranteed what you asked for.
