ordered aus size 10 on aus website,got english size9. emailed aus depot and was told by george yes our mistake return for a refund.we will email you to let know you have refund. one month later phoned to say i have heard nothing. victoria said she would send me a confirm email three days later, not a word. my bank statement says i have been refunded minus the
postage this whole sorry transaction has cost me $25 with nothing to show for it.
