On the 01st December I ordered a pair of trainers for my son. The size was not in stock but I was told I could purchase them in store and get them delivered to home store. Two weeks later nothing, no email confirmation, nothing. When I checked at my home store they had no record of it, when I phoned up customer services they told me the order had been archived, but only on live chat as they refused to call me to discuss. Customer service and management at store a joke. I thought this was suppose to be a premium outlet ??
