Just been into the new store in Taunton. What a shocker. 0% customer service from the managers. Massive que at the 1 till open and both managers in stock room. Even when 1 lady manager came to serve she only managed 1 customer before deciding that staff lunches needed organising before clients get served. Even walked away from 2 young girls who needed a refund to sort staff out. People complaining about miss priced items. Including myself no apologies given, bad attitude when problems pointed out. Just generally couldn't give a damn.
