Yet another mysterious lost item with my Hermes, and again ZERO help from JD sports, these two shocking companies are the worst in the UK. I have now had to ask Pal pal to help since JD refuse to reply. I fail to see why they are using Hermes with so many lost and missing parcels unless they are part of the same company.
Clearly not good for business as i and many others are now lost customers that will not return after such appalling customer care. My son will now not have his presents under the tree as i can not afford to replace them!! THANKS JD!!!!!
