Appalling customer service.
I ordered 3 items on Dec 14th opting to have them delivered to my local store (they were Christmas presents). They still had not arrived by Christmas eve, so I contacted customer care and it transpired that my order had been 'lost in transit'.
I was given to have the items resent/have my money refunded. I decided to have the items resent - big mistake. A week later, I had another email letting me know one item was out of stock. I asked for a refund for that and for them to send the other 2 items I had ordered.
On 6th January, I received an email stating that my order was ready for collection....more than 3 weeks after I ordered. When I went to collect, only 1 item was there! The other (worth 50.00 euro) was out of stock. Staff in store told me that they could not refund me at that time because I had ordered from home??! In addition, staff in the shop were quite rude and seemed clueless.
After going into the store, I sent several more emails to customer care (all time consuming) and STILL have not had my 50.00 euro back, a month later. Thieves!! The last email I had back stated that I need to send yet another email and a photo of my dispatch note (?) before I can get my money back. I have done that and still not had a refund!
I do not recommend shopping at J D Sports, especially not online. Do so at your own peril!!
