I had a horrible customer service experience at JD Sports. I bought some shoes and they fell apart only one week after wearing them. Instead of making it right the first time, they had to send the shoes in before they could make any kind of a decision. They told me I had to wait for at least 1-4 weeks. I feel like the whole system is designed to inconvenience you as much as possible so that you give up your rights.
