I placed an order on 25th June, it stated I would receive it within 5 working days. They didn't despatch it until July 2nd, I was going away on July 4th and new I'd miss it.
I made several phone calls to try to cancel the order to no avail, nobody ever answers the phone. I rang dozens of times.
Eventually someone wrote to me and said they've written to DPD and asked them to return the parcel to DPD as I was going to be away and that they would refund me.
DPD delivered the parcel back to JDSports on July 15th. It's now 7th August and I still don't have my refund of €144 and I still don't even have confirmation from anyone there that they are going to refund me and that they have indeed received the items back.
Everything about this transaction with them from beginning to end has been a shambles.
I am getting generated/automated emails as responses to my queries, when I eventually talk to someone, then they disappear and don't follow up like they say they are going to.
