Ordered a pair of shoes online however decided I didn't want them emailed customer service and they contacted the shop to send them back. Have now been waiting for a refund since 11th of July and have just been told they have no proof of the order being sent back!
I have never even seen this pair of shoes and i've paid for them.
Opening up a small claims court against them this week if i don't get my money back
