I have experienced by far the worst customer service I have ever had. I placed an order which wasn't delivered.
So they raised a refund and it took them 2 months to refund me and they gave me different stories each time I called saying they they were waiting for Nike to refund them. A week later chasing again they magically said they have been sitting on the email for a week.
Finally, I got my refund and they offered a £10 gift card. I am still waiting for it 3 weeks after raising it. Hands down worse customer care ever.
