Ordered a boys tracksuit online arrived no problem but didn't fit. There was no paperwork inside the parcel, and when I returned it was told I couldn't have a refund without paperwork. I was told I would have to phone customer services for a replacement invoice. I had emails on my phone, the bag it came in had bar code, numbers, dates, etc, but was told none of that was any good. Had to settle for an exchange that I didn't want, or bus it home, make a call, wait for paperwork to arrive, then eventually, bus it back to j. D. Manager didn't really want to know. Very unhelpful. One lost customer.
