Purchased $220 Nike shoes. The right shoe was stained yellow like it had been on the shelf for weeks. Provided customer service with photos and they offered me $15 discount. I refused saying that this was unacceptable. I asked to speak to manager and was refused. Do not buy from JD they do not follow Australian consumer Law and should be avoided.
