This is the first and last time I order from JDsports, my experiences unfortunately haven’t been great. After receiving a faulty item, I contacted customer services. The item could not be exchanged, however I could send the faulty item to them and they would refund me the price of the item. As I do not have a printer they gave me the option to return via a QR code. Despite the fact that they told me they would refund the return charges, customer services did not want to refund after I sent them the receipt of the return.
It was difficult to communicate with customer services and they don’t seem to understand what I mean. Also, I have spoken to different people regarding the issue and every new customer service member did not seem to have read the history/past emails of the enquiry.
Will not be ordering again, the whole
process of ordering and returning is too difficult.
