Got cancellation of part of the order after receiving the 1st part...
I had paid for delivery and if we would have known the top was not available we would have never bought the bottom part.... so if we want to re-order... we have to pay for delivery again. So bad... first experience for my daughter using her birthday money... never again!
Customer service So bad, asked twice for the information already provided... And finally: sorry we can not do anything
