Accidentally sent wrong parcel to Jd Sports, sent numerous emails, just keep getting the standard automated email reply. Sent them all info they needed to return parcel been 3 months now with no resolve.
Now in process of making a claim against Jd sports in the small claim court, as trainers were expensive air max, brought for my grandsons birthday.
Would never but from Jd sports again, customer service is zero.
