Disgusting Service and product selling technique.
I wanted to buy a white pair of trainers and so I tried one trainer, the second was hidden under the packaging and so I was rushed into buying it as the box was taken away to the till. The next few days in the evening I decide to wear the shoes out, to my surprise as I walked a few steps I realise that one trainer is discoloured and yellow with a scratch mark on the bottom.
I go to my local JD Sports in order to exchange it but was shot down and was told I must go back to Lakeside (where I bought them from) in order to get this matter resolved. I live in East London and going to Lakeside is a massive inconvenience so I go there any way. The manager DANIELLE was the most rudest person I have met, she refused to help me and threatened to call security. This got me even more angrier! How dare anyone talk to a customer like this in front of the general public.
I contact JD RESOLVER where I was told that is where I must complaint to, I get a response every 3-4 days. (TIME-WASTING) I was told to attach my name, address, pictures of the trainers and the receipt which I received via email.
I sent all that through and after 3 days I get a response saying I must get a revived copy of the receipt from the store. WHY would I ever want to visit a JD Store after the treatment I received.
I was sold a USED display trainer without being informed and was rushed into buying it. And JD now do not want to take this back because I 'wore' the trainers?!?! How fair is this?
I am so angry and will warn off anyone from buying anything from that AWFUL store.
