Rubbish customer service. Advisers are encouraged to lie to customers and fob them off in the hope they just go away and drop the issue. Customer Service is outsourced to a company who don’t train staff properly and are more interested in advisers logging all calls within 8 minutes than actually delivering real customer service. JD, Tessuti, Scotts and Footpatrol are all the same company. If you want to boycott JD, boycott the others as well.
