Thank you for contacting us regarding your order delivery.
When your order shows as delivered to a neighbour but your neighbour disputes having received it we would now refer to this as a civil dispute between you and your neighbour.
Unfortunately at this point JD Sports do not have responsibility for your order due to showing that the parcel has been delivered and signed for.
In this instance we would recommend that you take advice from the Police in relation to this matter.
