kay so i ordered twice from the global website
my first time i got my shoes creased the whole box was damaged and they took forever to reply on my emails and told me that they’ll give me a 10% refund on my next order which didn’t happen
so my next order i added the wrong item to the basket and i realized that after few minutes. so i sent so many emails and the order isn’t confirmed so i still had a chance
they literally replied 16 hours later and my order is in the warehouse apparently and started giving excuses although it wasn’t my fault anyone could add the wrong item after all it’s just some technical issues. i cant get my 10% refund cuz they stopped answering once i asked for it.
