I love the quality and they delivered on time! Unfortunately, my custom engraving wasn't long enough to wrap around the entire circumference of the rings and they asked me if I wanted to add anymore words. They said they would ship out my rings soon at 4pm. The problem was, it was 2:30pm and I didn't see the email until my shift at work ended at 4:30pm. I definitely would have requested to add more words if they had given me a more reasonable response window. Hopefully they provide their future customers with better service.
