Customer service was amazing, I needed it in a very quick time frame for a anniversary and somehow they worked their magic and I got it in plenty of time. My only complaint is that the One Ring I got for my husband has turned his finger blackish/green. For being a decently priced ring I didn’t think that would happen so that was unfortunate but he does love it, just can’t wear it like a wedding ring as we had planned
