HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
HORRIBLE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Huge wait time when calling. They delivered prior to the scheduled time when no one was home, then left. Tried calling the delivery department, closed on weekends when they delivery was scheduled. Tried again on the following Monday....was on hold for 25 minutes then disconnected. You never can reach a person at your local store.
