DO NOT BUY THE Barclay marble table, it's impossible to maintain and even with mats in place it damages. ESPECIALLY DO NOT BELIEVE THE OOPS POLICY WILL COVER AN OOPS!!!! EXTREMELY BAD to sell subpar furniture then have a policy that should cover but DOES NOT!!!!”
“Bought a $4500 mattress fell down within three months got a $2500 mattress not the same mattress that was in the store for five recliners $500 apiece your back your neck fell down in the seat customer service don’t call you back. “Been a loyal customer for many years , but I am being completely ripped off . There floor model was not the couch I received. The color was not the same nor the size . Corporate refused to admit it was their mistake and was willing to take the couches back , but wanted me to pay $165.00 restocking fee!!!! They will not refund my money ! I must find something else in store , which there’s nothing I like . My advice, shop at a furniture store that is willing to return / refund when it is obviously their mistake . To make things worst after my complaint, they replaced couches in show room to match what I have now !”
“I am tired of being lied to from this Jerome's furniture. The sales supervisor told me I'm getting exact rails of the bed I seen in the showroom of the store but they delivered thinner and cheap one instead. I've been waiting almost 4 weeks, but they don't want to fix this issue. Nothing but excuses and lies with different customer care peoples. This 3rd person who is regional manager said she will fix this and will call me back this week but no calls so far. She also said I will get $300 off delivery fee for the inconvenience they created but this has not happened yet. I am not happy with this company. I don't recommend to others either.”
“Purchased a sofa and loveseat and in ten days the sofa was making a SQUEAKING noise. It took four months to get a replacement after 3 service tech visits. STAY AWAY FROM THAT UNTRUSTWORTHY PLACE!!!!!”
“They kept rescheduling my delivery. The first couch that we bought from them broke within a couple of months. The sectional that we bought to replace the first broken couch, was very pricey, but we wanted it, and we bought this protection plan, which is a scam. They don’t answer their phones and they don’t follow up. Jerome‘s used to be a good company. Back in the early 2000s, but it’s terrible now. We will never buy anything from them again. And if you buy something from them, do not buy the warranty. We had a spill on one of our cushions. They refused it. We had a rep in one of our cushions, and they denied that claim as well. They won’t cover any rips that are along the seam line because that’s obviously where they’re going to rip first. If you get the protection plan, make sure you read the fine print, because like I said, it’s a scam.”
“Jerome’s furniture store in Ranch Cucamonga, ca., is a place you should avoid at every cost. They lie about everything. When I asked them to pick up mattresses that I received that were missing items, they refused to do so and told me all sales were final. My sales rep Diana Locke cannot be trusted. Save yourself time and money. Stay away from there.”
“We bought new reclining couch and it was delivered in late July. It is really very nice and we like it but, every time I sit in it my neck & back hurt. I tested it by sitting in my love seat for a while and then back on the new couch and sure enough my back started hurting the very next day. I have tried to adjust the way I sit on it but that doesn't make any difference. I contacted Jeromes and at first they said that to exchange it I would have to pay a delivery fee and restocking fee and find something else at their store. I said ok. They later contacted me and said that it has been over a month (by two weeks) and there is no exchanges at all. What kind of customer service is that? The couch has really hard, fully stuffed pillows/seats so you think that it might be good for support but it is just too hard for me. It looks great and there is nothing wrong with it, the recliners both work fine and it looks new. It just is not fitting me and my spine. Now I have to find out how to get rid of it. I know most people would argue with Jerome's but I am older now and I just don't want to do that now a days. There are many other furniture stores out there and I think you all would be much happier going to a store where they would treat you better.”
“Marta is the person that help me with my order she made me feel like I was at a auction she told me I would get the mattress delivered on this date that never happened after I accepted to get mattress and sign contract all of of a sudden she wouldn’t answer my calls she new that it wouldn’t be delivered lied and when the mattress was delivered it came with no information about the mattress rolled up in plastic very bad customer service I or my family , friends will never buy from the Moreno Valley Office . “I’m so disappointed in Jeromes I bought a table from them beautiful marble table dining room and it got red wine and soda spilled on it and left big rings that I couldn’t get out so I called them to see if we could fix it or what I could do and they told me the table discontinued I can file a claim which I did oops people told me they’d give me $190 back or I could pick out a table however they had nothing down there that was marble or looked anything like it I just feel like is if they could’ve at least met me halfway to fix the damage table since they had nothing like it. I called the manager three different times to talk to him nobody called me back from the store and I’m just really disappointed with the service from Jeromes”
“Good afternoon Jeromes customers
I’ve seen a few reviews on the Better Business Bureau and I see a lot of customers had the same problem we did with them. We bought the extended warranty when we purchased some of our items and we’ve had very bad customer service. No answers requested managers supervisors to call back. Nothing for them to tell us that our item wasn’t covered.! so tell me, why do we buy the extended warranty to be denied?! I’m hoping that a few of you customers will all reach out and at some point we can file a class action lawsuit against Jeromes furniture for providing very bad second party warranty company, and for Jerome’s not going out of their way to help their customers! Hopefully a great attorney will look at these reviews and reach out to us.

“Horrible, simply horrible from the time I walked into the showroom to the end of the delivery.
I believe I knew more about the furniture then the sales ladies. I had to teach the sales staff about their own products, then they sold me an item, they realized they made a mistake and then they sold me the correct item at a higher price. I then complained yo the manager and he seamed like he did not care one bit. The sales person told me all about there great white glove delivery, the delivery guys dropped off the recliner in the middle of the front room and left. I had to move the recliner to the area of the house , plug it in and test it myself. Something the delivery should have done. They gave me a delivery time of 11am to 2pm, they showed up at 830pm.
I should have read all the reviews on yelp, the BBB and on their own site. On both sites, they have several 1 star ratings.
Sadly, this company is not customer friendly, and will do and say anything to get a sale and there commission.
I made these complaints known and no response from upper management.”
“My Son and girlfriend bought $5000.00 worth of furniture. They were going to deliver the bed and sofa together. Dining table eight weeks out. Yet. It's the first item you see upon store entry. The delivered the bed with a tear in the bed. They also stated that they would call within a week to schedule sofa delivery. Never called until two weeks after. This morning my sofa is being delivered the two delivery people couldn't get the sofa in the elevator. Yet every other furniture company has delivered to this complex. They "tried to go through the stairwell that ample. After four steps they sat down and said they couldn't deliver. This is unacceptable. I will forward this to every account you advertise with ie, Goid Day LA.. In addition to every consumer reporter as well. Furthermore we ordered a Dining table for ourselves at the time. We also received a call stating they were going to deliver our Chairs today two hours ago. They never showed up. They were 10 minutes away when they called. What type of establishment is this?”
“The worst service i have ever experienced. Two months ago I placed and payed for a bedroom set. I was promised a delivery date and time. when the furniture arrived I was informed that they only had half the order in stock. when they setup the bed the headboard was broken. I have
waited 4 weeks for the night stands and was informed they were no longer available. the second time they delivered the headboard was broken again. Know I am waiting for a third delivery and Jerome’s wants to charge a. $518.00 additional delivery fee for their defective furniture. Do not use Jerome’s any money you might save isn’t worth dealing with them”
“Do not get the warranty. My warranty that I paid for is not being honored. I have over a year left on a warranty that did me absolutely no good. Such a rip off. I didn’t know you could only have one scratch or watermark/heat mark or it would be called accumulation. I will never purchase from Jerome’s again and have told all my friends and family to stay clear.”
