The Oops policy does not cover "Oops", my husband sprayed an organic stem on a placemat on the table and the marble discolored. The Manager Monica Perciado at Oops customer service refused to cover the OOPS!
DO NOT BUY THE Barclay marble table, it's impossible to maintain and even with mats in place it damages. ESPECIALLY DO NOT BELIEVE THE OOPS POLICY WILL COVER AN OOPS!!!! EXTREMELY BAD to sell subpar furniture then have a policy that should cover but DOES NOT!!!!
