I just had the worst experience walking into the store when I was greeted by Bob. I asked about touch up paint or my credenza since I am a loyal customer and he directed me to the back. I said thank you and said I am going to go check out the clearance. hen I turned to go to clearance. He began to mock me and make faces about my request . He was sarcastic and loud. When I confronted him he said "i didnt say anything" when he acted this way in front of the entire sales team. Unprofessional, Inappropriate behavior not a quality that I normally see at Jeromes.
