They kept rescheduling my delivery. The first couch that we bought from them broke within a couple of months. The sectional that we bought to replace the first broken couch, was very pricey, but we wanted it, and we bought this protection plan, which is a scam. They don’t answer their phones and they don’t follow up. Jerome‘s used to be a good company. Back in the early 2000s, but it’s terrible now. We will never buy anything from them again. And if you buy something from them, do not buy the warranty. We had a spill on one of our cushions. They refused it. We had a rep in one of our cushions, and they denied that claim as well. They won’t cover any rips that are along the seam line because that’s obviously where they’re going to rip first. If you get the protection plan, make sure you read the fine print, because like I said, it’s a scam.
