I bought 5:30pm october 14,2021 and i got the item at 8:30pm. When i got home i tried the merlin projector, it is defective. I returned to jumbo dubai mall at 1pm next day.
The service manager said. If he stick with the policy he will not exchange the product since it is already opened. It fell me crazy them. If how will i know if the product is defective if i will not try it.
In just 17 hours. Not even tried watching movies.
