Non-existent service. The computer camera is horrible, it crashes constantly, horrible sound; it has multiple issues. I can’t share screen on work calls (primary work activity for me) as it crashes. Had to purchase an external camera as the image was so grainy. My 5 years old laptop which this was replacing has significantly better video and sound.
7 day “easy exchange” appears to be printed words only. When you call they say it’s 5 days.
Exchange was refused. I am not seeking a refund, only to exchange for a working product.
I asked for a manager call back. No call. Now it’s passed the 7 days.
I ordered online but apparently I must physically go into a store for “repair”, no exchange.
Almost 16,000aed for a piece of garbage computer. Through work I’ve order thousands of computers. This is the first time I’ve been stuck with such a useless machine and no service by the vendor.
I’ve made a costly error purchasing this Dell from Jumbo. I won’t make this error again.
It’s staggering that Jumbo is okay with having a client pay 16,000aed for something they can’t use.
Disappointing and frustrating.
