The team is not helpfull at all, they kept my earphone for two months
After visiting the store and asking for the reasone one of the staff told me that consumer rights and managment cant do anything, its all in his hands
When i asked to see the manager he thrown the peice in my face. Now two weeks later they want me to pay for delivering the peice be ause they think that feeling unsafe to enter their store is not a valid reasone!!!!!
