My laptop is damaged and hard to repair, and I applied for Salama insurance to get a replacement or a voucher to purchase a new device. This was what I was told by the salesman when he sold me the salama warranty, that in case it damages you will directly get a voucher and you can buy another laptop same time.
I submitted this last week and clarified that repairing the damaged laptop will not guarantee a perfect piece, later they will tell me that my salama insurance is expired so I don’t want to take any chance and keep it straight, secondly, it will take time that I cannot afford, as the laptop in question is crucial for my work, and any delay in its repair would adversely affect my productivity and professional commitments. Given the nature of my work and the time-sensitive projects I am currently involved in, waiting for the repair process to be completed would impose significant inconveniences and potential financial losses.. Therefore, I explained multiple times that i need Salama insurance so I can purchase another new laptop as soon as possible.
But now Jumbo is ignoring my calls and emails and not responding or understanding my needs
