Terrible!
I have my vacuum in for servicing over one week ago. After 9 days nothing has been done yet. No update either.
Customer service are appalling. They have no idea what is going and cannot give an update as they need to contact another team. What’s the point in being customer service when you cannot do your job.
I called 2 days in a row and each time they say somebody will be in touch on the same day. Lies.
