I had horrible experience. The sales person promised Office 365 personal edition can use in one account up to five devices. After buying the product I got doubt and asked the call centre but they have no idea so to avoid risk I went to return the item to nearest outlet but they refused to accept. They asked to return same shop from where I bought. So I returned the product on 17th July and they told refund will happen within 3 weeks unfortunately till date refund not happened. I have called many times to the outlet they have no idea when refund will happen!!! I won't visit this shop never
