Booked an appointment for Jumbo to fix our TV after they were recommended by SONY. We stayed in all day on the day that was agreed they would come, but nobody came. I then received an email saying “thank you for using our service” even though no one actually came.
I sent an email to the address provided in the message stating that my query had not been resolved and that the technician had not shown up, but I have had no reply.
