Very bad service not recommend
I bought ear buds from jumbo Dubai Mall
One side didnt work out of the box so i returned it to the aervice department on 9 th of june the didnt provide any contact number or recipt. I visited the store couple times everytime they said come back tomorrow. I have apent few hours in the atore they dont care about our time. Its been 5 months and i still disnt get the replacement. Can they do something like this in UAE? There policy says within 14 days they will solve the problem.
