Jumia is a scam. I ordered a white sneakers for my son. They delivered a wrong item. They want me to return the item and refund me cost of item only. They are not willing to refund me the shipping cost. I laugh in Spanish, Jumia is so incompetent, who does that. You used my money to ship me a wrong item and you are so proud of that. I am begining to think that you never had the advertised item, all Jumia was after was to scam me the shipping cost. I blame our leaders...Jumia should be kicked out of Nigeria. Shameless, insensitive and king of scammers Jumia
