I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order but never received the parcel. The delivery photo provided doesn’t show the parcel at all, and despite checking thoroughly, nothing was found.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that an investigation with Royal Mail could take 2–3 weeks, which is far too long for a paying customer to wait without a resolution. This level of service is unacceptable, and it has made me reconsider ordering again in the future.
