“Just my luck sent my package which I had re-diverted to a post office because of the day of delivery I was due at the doctors and I didn’t want the courier dump it in the communal area which I often do. I got my confirmed from Royal mail that they were going to send it to the post office, but they didn’t they delivered it at my home while I was at the doctors by the time I got home the parcel was stolen from the communal area so I emailed just my look who completely refused to help me. I asked for a replacement they wouldn’t give me one they said that my communal area is a Royal mail safe space how dare they tell me that when my preferences say with Royal mail? Don’t leave my parcels unattended in my building there is also massive posters downstairs in the communal area telling couriers not to leave posters here And they still do. They literally told me no you are not getting a refund. I am absolutely disgusting with them and I was an excellent customer of this. I will never shop there again and I’m deleting their app and ask someone with a disability. I am disgusted they’ve treated me this way they’ve breached my consumer rights 2015 but they’ve also breached my disability rights.”
“I ordered a hair re growth product and accidentally ordered the men's one . When I received my order it stated on the box do not use if you are a woman .
So I sent this item back for a full refund . Unopened and in its original condition .
I received an email to state that I would not be issued a refund as I had opened the box . This was untrue . Absolute robbery if you ask me !
Wouldn't order from this site again !

“Damaged parcel delivered by Royal Mail - Contacted customer services by providing all the photos and sent the parcel back using my own postage stamps asking them to refund the amount but customer services said that the shaver was used and they found debris on the shaver.
The shaver was not used and was returned in its original packing but still they refuse to give me my money back.
Really dissatisfied and frustrated with the customer services received after they sold their saver.
I would not go back and would not recommend anyone to their website or company to buy any products.

I want to alert fellow shoppers about my unacceptable experience with JustMyLook:
My order was delayed by over a week.
When the parcel finally arrived, it was damaged and incomplete.
The ROM&ND Better Than Palette 08 Peach Dahlia Garden (which I paid for in full) was missing.
I provided photographs as requested and formally requested a refund.
Instead of complying with their legal obligation under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, JustMyLook offered me only a 10% discount on a future order – which is wholly inadequate.
Since then, I have been repeatedly ignored or asked for the same information I already supplied.
👉 Retailers are legally responsible for ensuring goods are delivered in full, not the courier.
👉 If an item is not supplied, the consumer is entitled to a full refund – no excuses.
This is now being escalated to Trading Standards, Citizens Advice, and my payment provider for recovery. In the meantime, I am sharing my experience publicly to warn others about JustMyLook’s practices.
I strongly urge anyone considering shopping with them to be aware of these risks.

“I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order but never received the parcel. The delivery photo provided doesn’t show the parcel at all, and despite checking thoroughly, nothing was found.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that an investigation with Royal Mail could take 2–3 weeks, which is far too long for a paying customer to wait without a resolution. This level of service is unacceptable, and it has made me reconsider ordering again in the future.”
“DISHONEST AND DISRESPECTFUL
Their advert says that with any purchase above £90, You will receive a summer goodies bag full of various products. I've made a £107 purchase and their never got the goodies bag. When I've enquired about it, I've received a reassuring email that it will be posted to me soon. They never posted it and when I was emailing their customer service over last 2 days, they said I'm not eligible and I'm not getting it and they stopped replying my emails. I've promised this goodies bag to my daughter so she's really upset now. It's a great example of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. We're feeling very disappointed and we won't be recommending justmylook to anyone else. You can't promise something to the customer and next thing just say the opposite. Its against customer's rights.”

“APPALLING COMPANY, STAY AWAY!!!!!. I purchased Opalex Eyebrow serum, after using it for a few days my skin started itching and was very red, so, I stopped using it, I wrote to JML. to ask for a refund, they asked me for a Doctor's note, to prove it, I said it would be three weeks before I could get appointment and it would clear by then, still, they kept asking, so wasted my money and my time.
What a way to treat your customers.

“I ordered two sets. Neither arrived. I received one email saying they were looking into it but nothing since. To track an item you have to download shop app which appears v unsafe and then there is tracking information. Seriously do not order from this company. Absolute nightmare.”
“Never in my life have I encountered a company like this, the way they treat their customers is appalling. I returned a bottle of perfume which was unopened in the original packaging and still in the padded bag it arrived in, I placed the unopened package in a box and sent it straight back via Royal Mail 24 Tracked and Signed For, they received my package and signed for it then just never bothered to refund me my £89.99 despite me sending proof numerous times of my proof of postage proof of delivery and proof of signature, there is even a photo of where it was delivered too. I will be contacting Citizens Advice and Trading Standards to see what can be done about this. Their Customer Service is a joke they either just blank you fob you off. The return was authorised by them and now they have both my cash and their goods and I have absolutely nothing.”
