I ordered four perfumes from JustMyLook, but they only sent me three items. I reported the missing item on the same day, within hours of receiving the parcel, and provided all the necessary information. Despite this, the company has still not refunded me or sent the missing product.
Their customer service has been completely unhelpful, and it feels like they are ignoring the issue. This experience makes it seem like they are taking customersā money without delivering what was paid for.
I strongly advise everyone to be very careful when dealing with this online shop. Based on my experience, they are not reliable, and I will never purchase from them again.”

“āWhere do I even start with JustMyLook? This has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. I ordered irems and when it arrived, it was damaged and leaking. I reached out to customer care, expecting at least a returns label or proper instructionsānothing. They refused to provide a label, and the so-called support team basically ignored me.
After multiple attempts to resolve this, I had to escalate via PayPal. Even then, the case was closed incorrectly, and the normal appeal option didnāt exist on my account. I had to call PayPal directly, spend hours on the phone, and demand escalation just to get my money back. Finally, after all that stress, my account was creditedābut only because I refused to give up.
To make matters worse, JustMyLook then had the audacity to reply to my Trustpilot review lying that their customer care had āprovided the relevant return details.ā This is entirely falseāthey did nothing until I forced action via PayPal. Their response is a blatant attempt to rewrite reality and mislead potential customers.
Honestly, avoid this company. They ignore damaged items, refuse proper returns, and lie publicly about what actually happened. I have screenshots of every interaction, and I wonāt hesitate to share them. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else.ā”
“The order came on time and everything was fine there, but I was appalled at the amount of plastic used to package one product!! So much bubble wrap it was unbelievable. You would've thought I ordered fine china not a hair syrup in a plastic bottle already!
Justmylook do better, find some paper alternatives to package your products.”
“I ordered a perfume from JustMyLook for an important birthday present. After hearing nothing for six days, I emailed them and was told the parcel had already been ādelivered.ā Turns out they left it on the floor outside my house, on a busy street, and of course it disappeared.
I told them I never received it and asked for a replacement or a refund, but after a lot of back-and-forth, they claimed that leaving a parcel on the ground in public counts as a āsafe place.ā Completely unacceptable and against UK consumer standards.
In the end, I had to raise a chargeback through my bank to get my money back, and Iāve reported the situation to the authorities.

“Wick wouldn't burn properly, very low burn, no scent. E-mailed customer service they asked if I'd cut wick to start with.?? They said they couldn't accept a return as I'd used it!!! How would I know it was faulty if I hadn't tried to light it. They should practise what they preach as they say, any problems and we'll sort it quickly, company in denial on all points, they don't want to know, continuous repeated circle of e-mails, won't purchase from these again.”
