“Sent wrong item. Slow to respond, syrupy AI responses, multiple requests for information but basically just stalling. At no point did they assure me that correct item was on its way. Finally, they want me to return item which, in the light of their terrible customer service, means throwing good money after bad. The AI 'empathy' and the obviously generated reviews mask an unwritten policy of: order not right? Tough - no refund, no exchange.”

“I purchased a fragrance from this company around 28th December with money l got at Christmas. It's around the 4th purchase of shampoo/fragrance etc however, upon unwrapping then trying out my purchase of Contradiction by Calvin Klein l noticed it was off!. It had an acidy smell which was nothing like the original fragrance. I know this because I'd worked in the fragrance department for 20 years.
On complaining to the company, it took me over two and a half weeks to get a reply.
They said after checking the batch number they decided there couldn't be anything wrong with it and because ld opened it to try it, l also couldn't have an exchange.
How are you meant to smell it without opening it.
Sadly this is my last purchase from this company. It must be the luck of the draw because the first fragrance l bought from them was fine. This smells like 'old stock' in my opinion.

I ordered four perfumes from JustMyLook, but they only sent me three items. I reported the missing item on the same day, within hours of receiving the parcel, and provided all the necessary information. Despite this, the company has still not refunded me or sent the missing product.
Their customer service has been completely unhelpful, and it feels like they are ignoring the issue. This experience makes it seem like they are taking customers’ money without delivering what was paid for.

““Where do I even start with JustMyLook? This has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. I ordered irems and when it arrived, it was damaged and leaking. I reached out to customer care, expecting at least a returns label or proper instructions—nothing. They refused to provide a label, and the so-called support team basically ignored me.
After multiple attempts to resolve this, I had to escalate via PayPal. Even then, the case was closed incorrectly, and the normal appeal option didn’t exist on my account. I had to call PayPal directly, spend hours on the phone, and demand escalation just to get my money back. Finally, after all that stress, my account was credited—but only because I refused to give up.
To make matters worse, JustMyLook then had the audacity to reply to my Trustpilot review lying that their customer care had “provided the relevant return details.” This is entirely false—they did nothing until I forced action via PayPal. Their response is a blatant attempt to rewrite reality and mislead potential customers.
Honestly, avoid this company. They ignore damaged items, refuse proper returns, and lie publicly about what actually happened. I have screenshots of every interaction, and I won’t hesitate to share them. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else.””
“I ordered a perfume from JustMyLook for an important birthday present. After hearing nothing for six days, I emailed them and was told the parcel had already been “delivered.” Turns out they left it on the floor outside my house, on a busy street, and of course it disappeared.
I told them I never received it and asked for a replacement or a refund, but after a lot of back-and-forth, they claimed that leaving a parcel on the ground in public counts as a “safe place.” Completely unacceptable and against UK consumer standards.
In the end, I had to raise a chargeback through my bank to get my money back, and I’ve reported the situation to the authorities.
A total joke of a company. NOT RECOMMENDED.”
