Damaged parcel delivered by Royal Mail - Contacted customer services by providing all the photos and sent the parcel back using my own postage stamps asking them to refund the amount but customer services said that the shaver was used and they found debris on the shaver. The shaver was not used and was returned in its original packing but still they refuse to give me my money back. Really dissatisfied and frustrated with the customer services received after they sold their saver. I would not go back and would not recommend anyone to their website or company to buy any products. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
