Very bad experience trying to arrange returns. Courier did not show up on collection date. I spent 41 minutes on call to customer services. We arranged a new collection date and I requested email confirmation. No email and in my account it still shows as the original collection date. Waiting in a lengthy long queue to try via online chat to resolve. I am nervous about getting refund for the time period allowed for returns. Overall a poor poor service.
