I am so disappointed with kaleidoscope’s customer care.
I sent some clothes back in March and discovered 3 hadn’t been marked as arrived. They were able to locate 1 of them immediately and gave me a refund. Unfortunately they were unable to locate the other 2 parcels sent around the same time. No one called me to discuss this and because they can’t locate them I am not entitled to a £118 refund. They didn’t offer me a good Will gesture or meet me half way. I have been a good Bonprix and Kaleidoscope customer, so because of this lack of customer care, I will never shop with either Bonprix or Kaleidoscope again as I can’t be sure this won’t happen again, that my parcels will not get lost.
