OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT!!!!! :):) I recently got married and had the idea to make a book for my new wife 14 days before Christmas. I thought it was a long shot but rolled the dice anyway and reached out to customer service to see if there was any possible way to get it done by Christmas. To my astonishment, the owner of the Company responded. I thought it was amazing that the CEO would make the time to, not only respond personally but also go out of her way to work a small miracle for me, despite it being last minute and at what must've been the final push to get all their orders out in time for Christmas But to my surprise Jennifer (Simchowitz) took the time. She not only responded but she went out of her way to make sure my book got out to the postal service within the time frame to get it by Christmas. This was a service that needs to be applauded and stated. So thank you to everyone at Keepster that took the time to rush my order and once again thank you Jennifer for your dedication to your company's customer services standards.. From a happy Customer :)
