My experience was good. The instructions were clean and as someone who is not "technological" savvy I had no trouble. I wanted to make sure that I had a forever record of my last year of texts with my mom who sadly passed away with cancer this past March. It was the perfect gift to myself to make sure that I have saved an irreplaceable conversation.
