If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is a joke no one knows what there doing. My shed broke sent pictures was told there was no parts available. Then told if I provided a receipt I would get a refund. Sent the receipt and had to follow up with the company. Told I qualify for a refund and would be processed through PayPal in 24 hours. After 3 days no refund I followed up yet again. I was told there was no record of refund being approved though they record calls? Then I was asked when I bought the shed when I answered I was told sorry that Shed is no longer in warranty. What a joke do not ever buy these products not built to last or guaranteed. Save yourself the aggravation and purchase something reputable
