In the webpage there is a clear statement saying that "Te lo subimos a la puerta de casa*" which has clear terms and conditions as well - although in the end, as expected, the transportation company CANNOT finish this part of the transport as Keter does not "requires" or demands.
So now I have the delivered product at the ground floor of my building and I don't know how to subir with it - this was the main reason I bought it with Keter.
