Bought a tall storage cabinet from Lowe's. It did not have all of the parts. Contacted Keter per the instructions multiple times for the missing parts. The auto response was they would get back to me within 2 days. Finally took it back to the for exchange and the second one had more missing parts than the first. Don't buy anything from this company.
