Ordered 6 cabinets for garage. Three of the six packages were short on parts so I used what I could to complete as many units as possible. I was lucky enough to get five completed. After waiting nearly a half hour for customer service I pleaded my case and received parts within 5 days. Unfortunately, due to my mistake I neglected to include two missing doors in my original request. Again I waited nearly half hour and explained my mistake. They said they would send out doors right away. I waited 7 days and called again for update. They had not shipped but would do so in three days. That would have been 10 days. It has been 25 days now and no doors. Will not call and wait on phone for another half hour...will go to plan B. Cabinets are flimsy, shelves sag with minimal weight, door handles pull away from mounting hardware and customer service reps lie. Just my experience...take your chances if you must.
