Like every other review I would agree that Keter is devoid of any customer service or design engineering. Firstly the shed came with no instructions and required my sourcing on the Internet assembly details from one of their other similar models. Broken hinges and the flimsy material for the structure results in the whole assembly looking cheap and thrown together. Sitting on the phone for 30-45 minutes listening to how important my call is on both the Canadian and US toll free numbers is irritating. After using their email contact and receiving the automated reply I waited in excess of a week for their contact within 2 working days. I resorted to buying an epoxy glue for plastic and repairing at my expense the damage parts since I firmly believe I will not be hearing from them. Will I get a long usage out of this shed... I'm not sure it will make it through the first winter!!!
