New ordered store it box arrived damaged with fork lift truck fork holes in the box. Item left in drive without knocking so no chance to reject. Ordered from Keter direct on their website. So far 3 emails asking for same info and photos as already supplied and a no reply contact so no continuity. Feels like they just send anything out and put up the shutters. Poor service
