ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.
I waited more than a month for my package to arrive – no information provided, no tracking number, not a single response to multiple emails.
Package arrived from a different seller without return label or possibility to order one. The order doesn't appear on the kickz.de website so there is no possibility to create a return label. I was left with the delayed package with goods I coudn't return.
The worst shopping and customer experience I have ever had.
Still no contact from the shop!!!
